This is a month-to-month membership with a minimum 3-month commitment. Your card on file will be automatically charged $128 every 30 days from your sign-up date until you terminate your contract.
An unused monthly massage will roll over and remain valid for up to 2 months from the original issue date. After 2 months, the unused session expires and is forfeited.
You may freeze your membership for up to 2 months per calendar year total after the initial 3-month period. To freeze, you must request 30 days in advance via email.
To cancel, you must provide notice 30 days in advance via email. Upon cancellation, any unused sessions remaining will be forfeited.
If you are within your initial 3-month commitment, you must complete the full 3 months before your cancellation can take effect.
This membership provides access to massage services with any of our qualified team members. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, we cannot guarantee appointments with a specific therapist. Staff availability may vary due to scheduling, time off, or other factors.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Discounts (10% off services and retail) apply only to active members and cannot be combined with other promotions. Discounts cannot be used to book a service for another guest.
